my entertainment on the road i have come to know oh so well.

so this summer i am suppose to do my internship. I didn’t have one when i left school, and i didn’t know what i was doing with my life for the summer. well on my way back to vegas aka my home. i decided that i should stay in rexburg for the summer. So i called my mom, and she told me to go for it. At this point i still didn’t know what i was doing. I told my mom that i needed a place, to call home, i mean vegas is always my home, but since my parents moved i don’t feel like i have a permeant place in the world. I have places to stay, and i still think of las vegas as my home, but i hate not having somewhere i can go if something were to go wrong. Like i said i always have places to stay, like my sisters houses, and where i currently am, my best friend’s house. I’m like their adopted child or something. Well anyways, so i got an apartment up in rexburg for the summer so i could just go back and work there and keep that job till i am done (next year baby!) So while i was down in Vegas i had a few interviews for internships. and i got one in Vegas. so that just means i get to stay in vegas longer. But as soon as my internship is over, i head back up to idaho for the rest of the summer... yes even for the seven week break. geh. but if its what i have to do to find a job then i am going to do it. SO heres what happened. I planned to come to Rachel’s house for the week or two weeks, and then drive back to rexburg... Then i got an internship at Robb and Stucky Interiors... so i made a weekend trip to rexburg to move into my new place and then it was back to vegas. so if you aren’t following me... i had to drive to vegas, then drive back to rexburg and then drive to vegas again. thats a lot of driving. and i did all of this driving with in a couple of weeks. Anyways, i didn’t do straight shots up and down the I-15 each time. i stopped in provo to stay with my cousin, EMily.
Well the first drive down, i stayed for three days. we had a great time. we went to a free allred concert and then emilys roommates had planned a small birthday bash for their friend travis i believe, so we had a little donut party. then after that we went over to joe’s apartment to set up his roommate andrews new tv and we watched a movie, MI3. great movie. :) Me and one of emilys friends hit it off pretty well that night.

On sunday we went to church, and then i was blamed for a prank that i didn’t do to the people i had just met the night before! that was crazy. anyways that night i ended up falling asleep on the couch around 1030 while his guy jake was over, talking to me. WHOOPS. Sorry jake. nothing personal i swear.
well i planned to leave on monday around 2. but i didn’t actually leave till 5 because i got locked out of her apartment as i was trying to load my car. so stupid. i was asked to go to the owl city concert that they had a extra ticket for, but i couldn’t stay. but really i should have since i didn’t end up leaving till 5 anyways. LAME. but whatevs. then i spent the week and weekend in vegas, and drove back up on wednesday. i stopped again, and stayed the night in provo. Thursday i checked into my apartment and got my paperwork all settled, i planned on driving back on sunday after church but i found out my new ward meets at 1 and i was like.. that isn’t going to work. so i drove back down on saturday so i could attend church. i stopped in provo for a nap and food. i arrived back in vegas saturday night. boy oh boy. its a good thing i like to drive. LOL
